TraXero® Wheel Cleaner

TraXero® is a two-track automated castor cleaning system designed for decontaminating trolley wheels and castors used in controlled environments. Trollies are guided through the track and gate assembly by the user. Castors are cleaned by a microfibre gated system validated to ISO 5 standards. The patented system delivers a consistent and auditable cleaning step to be locked into SOPs for light-duty wheeled equipment moving between facility zones. 

Castors represent a critical contamination pathway in cleanrooms. They accumulate particles, residues and viable matter during use and can potentially transfer these into higher-grade areas if left untreated. Manual cleaning is often inconsistent, labour-intensive and difficult to validate. By automating castor decontamination, this system eliminates a longstanding weak point in contamination control and strengthens compliance with GMP and ISO cleanroom standards.
